In today's fast-paced world, sending messages to multiple contacts manually through WhatsApp Web can be time-consuming and repetitive.

WhatsApp Message Sender is a browser extension designed to make this process effortless. It allows you to send messages automatically through WhatsApp Web, either to a list of phone numbers or by using a CSV file for personalized, bulk communication.

Whether you're a business owner sending reminders, a marketer sharing promotions, or a teacher contacting students, this extension gives you a reliable, efficient, and secure way to communicate at scale, directly from your own WhatsApp account.

Getting Started

Before using the extension, ensure that you are logged in to WhatsApp Web on your browser. Then, click the extension and the extension will automatically integrate with WhatsApp Web. After the page loads, you will see a small extension button appear either at the top or in the sidebar of the WhatsApp interface.

If the button doesn't appear within a few seconds, simply refresh the page. This reload ensures WhatsApp Web properly detects and activates the extension.

When you click the button, the main panel will open, this is where all message configuration and sending features are located.

Adding Phone Numbers

To begin sending messages, you'll need to specify the recipient numbers. The extension gives you two convenient options:

Manual Entry

If you have only a few contacts to message, you can enter them directly. Simply type or paste each phone number into the input box and separate them with commas. Example:

+6281234567890, +6289876543210, +628111222333

Always use international phone number format. For instance, replace the initial 0 in Indonesian numbers with +62.

CSV Import

For larger-scale or personalized messaging, you can use the CSV file import feature.

Enable the Use CSV File option and upload your .csv file. The first row should contain column headers such as name and phone.

Once uploaded, the extension will automatically detect the phone number column and display the numbers in the list.

Please note that a valid license is required to activate CSV imports. If your license has expired or is not active, the feature will be unavailable.

Writing and Personalizing Your Message

After entering your recipient list, the next step is writing your message. You can compose a single message that will be sent to all recipients, or, if using a CSV file, create personalized messages using shortcodes.

Shortcodes are placeholders that represent values from your CSV columns. For example, using name in your message will automatically be replaced by the recipient's name from the CSV file. Here's a simple example:

Hi name, this is a friendly reminder about your upcoming appointment tomorrow.

When sent, each recipient will see their own personalized message, such as:

Hi Alice, this is a friendly reminder about your upcoming appointment tomorrow.

You can use as many shortcodes as your CSV columns allow, for instance, city, , or balance.

Sending Process and Progress Tracking

Once your message and recipients are ready, click the Send button. The extension will automatically start sending messages one by one through WhatsApp Web.

As the process runs, a Progress Panel will appear showing real-time updates:

 • The current sending status (Processing, Paused, or Done).
 • The number of messages Sent, Failed, and Total.
 • A live activity log with details for each recipient

Controlling the Sending Process

During the sending process, you have full control over the operation. You can pause, resume, or stop the process anytime:

 • Click Pause to temporarily stop sending.
 • Click Resume to continue from where you left off.
 • Click Stop to cancel the remaining queue.

When the process finishes, the panel will show a completion message and allow you to download your sending log.

Viewing and Downloading Logs

After your messages have been sent, you can export a detailed report of the session. Click Download Log to save a .txt file containing the full history of the sending activity. Each log entry includes:

 • The timestamp of when each message was sent.
 • The phone number of the recipient.
 • The delivery status (Sent or Failed).
 • Any error messages (if applicable).

This report can be useful for tracking, analytics, or troubleshooting failed messages.

Message Rotation (Text Variations)

To make your messages appear more natural and human-like, the extension supports Message Rotation using double square brackets .

This feature allows the extension to randomly choose one of several message variations each time a message is sent. Example:

Hi buddy|there, how are you today?

When sending, the extension will randomly select one of the options inside the brackets. So different recipients might receive slightly different versions:

Hi friend, how are you today?
Hi buddy, how are you today?
Hi there, how are you today?

This feature helps prevent spam detection and adds a more organic touch to your outreach.

Note: Message rotation is available only for licensed (premium) users.

Adjusting Delay Settings

WhatsApp may restrict accounts that send messages too rapidly. To prevent this, the extension allows you to adjust the delay duration, the time between sending one message and the next.

Open the Settings tab and modify the delay in milliseconds. For example, entering 5000 means there will be a 5-second pause between each message.

 • Minimum allowed delay: 1,000 ms (1 second).
 • Recommended safe delay: 3,000–5,000 ms (3–5 seconds)

Choosing a reasonable delay helps your account stay safe and ensures messages are delivered smoothly without triggering spam filters.

Important: Keep WhatsApp Tab Active

While the sending process is running, you must keep the WhatsApp Web tab active and visible. If you switch tabs, minimize the window, or let your screen go to sleep, sending will automatically pause until you return.

This limitation exists because WhatsApp Web stops responding to automation events when inactive, ensuring safe and compliant message delivery.

Premium (Licensed) Features

 • CSV File Import – Upload .csv files to send personalized bulk messages.
 • Message Personalization (Shortcodes) - Use placeholders like name, city, for automatic replacement.
 • Message Rotation (B|C) – Add random text variations for natural, human-like messaging.

Premium features are available with a valid Premium Subscription (recurring), not via one-time payment.

Best Practices for Smooth Operation

To get the best experience with WhatsApp Message Sender, keep these tips in mind:

 • Always use the international phone format (e.g., +62 for Indonesia).
 • Keep your WhatsApp Web tab open and active while sending.
 • Avoid sending too many messages in a short time.
 • Test with a small list before sending to hundreds of recipients.
 • Use personalization wisely, relevant messages are less likely to be reported as spam.

Getting Support

If you encounter any issues or want to give feedback, the extension includes a Contact Developer button inside the main panel.

Clicking this will automatically open a WhatsApp chat with the developer’s support number and a pre-filled message, so you can quickly describe your problem or request assistance.
